History forgotten leads to a future unknown. Therefore it is necessary that the younger generations understand the history and the socio-politcal patterns that have led to the current state of affairs. Seeing the disparity between modern realities and ancient vedic records many question the value of these ancient ways. Surely, it is concluded, if such ancient ways were beneficial, India would have remained prosperous, united and peaceful.

 

The different realities represented by the very advanced ancient Vedic societies and the abject poverty that India saw in the late 20th Century is glaring.
